Method. The API row reads the public health and version endpoints. The other rows are network reachability probes: any HTTP answer counts as reachable; only a connection failure counts against a component.
Vantage. Results reflect the path between your network and KINDI, not a neutral monitor. The API and dashboard are served within Saudi Arabia; from other regions those rows report edge reachability only, and the API health body may not be readable.
